Pay Bailey is a 1995 graduate of Indiana University with a BS degree in Secondary Education - English. She is an accomplished teacher with 8 years of teaching experience, and the recipient of the Franklin Initiative's Educator of the Year Award in 2001. Pat launched her wedding and event planning business social butterfly in December 2001 and has coordinated over 30 weddings in three season. She has written several articles on wedding and event design and recently took 1st place in an ABC sponsored Design Tabletop Competition in Cincinnati that Preston Bailey (Donal Trump's wedding planner) judged. Pat is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and she site on the board of several philanthropic organizations.

Vanessa is originally from the California Bay area but she has traveled all over the world. She often gets inspiration for various creative projects from her travels. She is a former model, the designer of her own wedding dress and an avid reader of bookes and magazines. Vanessa brings her passion for fashion, and her style expertise to the love in bloom team, as well as her flair for design.

Josh is an integral part of love in bloom, he is "the man behind the curtain." Originally from West Virginia, Josh graduated from high school at the age of 15 and continued his studies in IT and web design. He owns his own web design studio and technical support company called RED LINE MEDIA and recently partnered with social butterfly to create love in bloom. Josh is bilingual; he loves to travel, enjoys photography and is a newly wed!
